The Study Abroad Revolution Begins...... From Studying Abroad to Actively Engaging Abroad.
Well-being from the age of 13. Introducing and launching "G.MACS-7212," a next-generation human resource development program that discovers, nurtures, and cultivates young talents aiming to make a spectacular leap into the world from American open-wheel motorsports!

The new study abroad program proposed by GSTR-GP is called "Ryukatsu"!

This program is designed for students living in the United States, fostering close relationships with host families and diverse communities. It aims to support them comprehensively, both financially and humanely, in their daily lives and during their formative years, helping them establish their identity as Japanese individuals and as human beings. This includes not only language acquisition but also academic and social life as students in local public middle and high schools, developing their perspectives, and engaging in independent and fulfilling activities.

GSTR-GP provides support for 13-year-olds who will be "Living in the United States for 6 years"

G.MACS-7212 is a motorsports marketing and branding specialist group based in California, USA since 2004 and Kamakura City since 2020, specializing in the American IndyCar Series and open-wheel categories.  Furthermore, it is an organization dedicated to discovering and thoroughly developing the next generation of truly world-class Japanese talent.

~Similarities with Well-Being~

■ Connecting with the community and family
Participants will engage in motorsports categories appropriate to their skill level and enhance their adaptability within American culture. Unlike Japan, the US is a completely car-dependent society, and motorsports have a long history and are very accessible. Participants will experience motorsports in a way that is incomparably more integrated than in Japan.

■ Engaging in physical activity.
G.MACS-7212 supports US motorsports activities that participants enjoy and that become a part of their lives. They will set higher categories and goals, aiming for top-category driver status depending on their abilities. Although the living environment is very challenging, local staff provide full support, allowing participants to acquire skills at a level not possible in Japan.

■ Learning and acquiring skills
We believe that 3 years (up to 6 years) of living in America will undoubtedly lead to significant growth for participants, both as students and as athletes. This valuable experience during their teenage years will be a personal asset, something that will not end with just one generation. Eventually, this experience will be fed back into Japanese society, especially the motorsports world.

■ Giving to others. Even small things like words and smiles are good.
3 years (up to 6 years) of living away from home will be a precious time for participants to reflect on themselves and confront their own hearts. Learning morals and experiencing the culture through daily life in America will undoubtedly become a great asset in their lives. We believe that parents and families will also be able to witness and share in this growth.

■ Focusing on the present moment. Mindfulness.
In Japan, continuing motorsports or artistic activities often involves significant personal financial burdens, which can be a major obstacle. G.MACS-7212 has the know-how and living/activity environment to support daily life in America (such as attending middle and high school) and motorsports/artistic activities. It is our greatest joy to be able to provide such opportunities to the next generation of young people with overwhelming passion and unwavering determination. I sincerely hope to create and leave behind a legacy of next-generation athletes who will pave the way for the future of Japan and the vibrant ideals of the motorsports and art world.

The founder of G.MACS-7212 has been involved in Motorsports and International business since 1980, and in US real estate investment since 1996, interacting with young people active in the racing scenes of Japan, Europe, and the United States. At the same time, they have observed many Japanese people (including those from non-English speaking countries) and young people who come to America for sports or business. From this experience, they have found a commonality among world-class individuals: not only do they excel in their specialized fields and skills, but they also possess a strength rooted in their life foundation and mindset, allowing them to fully utilize their abilities—a quality that leads to "Well-Being."Therefore, we wanted to create a unique scholarship program that goes beyond simply supporting tuition fees. It aims to provide young people with the overwhelming mental strength, flexibility, kindness of heart, and understanding, appreciation, and experience of diverse ethnicities and cultures as an integral part of their daily lives during a "three-year study abroad experience." This is a one-of-a-kind scholarship program that we believe is absolutely essential for the next generation of young people.
